Reading Bingo
Everyday we've been doing the reading bingo. The first that you need to do is you have to write a spelling word first is you need to write your personal error word, second is you need to write a names or a place, the third one is you need to select a word from each spelling group so the word you need to select is that you don't know how to spell it. So once you done that you can do the reading bingo. How do we win in the reading bingo? So if you did a lot of task and you did a box shape or triangle you can win the bingo task. The other task is really hard to do it but i really like it because it's a challenge.

Chromatography
Aim: To separate colours by using the process of chromatography.
Definition: A technique for separating the different parts of a mixture / solid using liquid.
Rainbow paper
Materials;
1. Cup.
2. Paper.
3. water.
4. Green colour .
5. Red colour.
6. Ruler.
Process:
Step 1: You need a cup.
Step 2: you need a paper.
Step 3: Get a colour pen.
Step 4: you need to get a ruler and make a dot on a paper using green, red colour.
Step 5: put a water on in but don't put to much on it because it will not work.
Step 6: wait for the colour to go up.
Findings: Write about what happened. It the was successful the colour is was amazing, the colour goes up.

Skittles
Aim: To separate colours by using the process of chromatography.
Materials;Aim: To separate colours by using the process of chromatography.
2. Green skittles.
3. Orange skittles.
4. Purple skittles.
5. Red skittles.
6. Water.
Process:
Step 1: Get the skittles container
Step 2: Get a the skittles.
Step 3: Form it into diamond shape.
Step 4: Don't move the table when your forming it into a diamond shape.
Step 5: get a water.
Step 6: pour some water on the container don't put too much water because it won't work.
Findings: Write about what happened. The experiment was a little bit messy because the colour mix up.
Reflection: What have I learnt from this experiment? I learnt how to not make the colour mix up.
What did the colours do? It mix up.
Did the colours mix together? Yes because the table was shaking while were doing the experiment.
Extension:
What is another experiment you could do using chromatography and how would you do it. I could do the same experiment that we did but using different colour.

Hurumanu Drama
Today in drama we did something fun. So we talked about physical well being and other stuff about healthy bodies. So our drama teacher told us to buddy up with someone so I choose this person named Jullien, So our drama teacher need to find a 2 people to go on every group, So those 2 people that our drama teacher choose to go in our group is Tesharn and Risha. So we decide to do some movements while talking about healthy foods how to get healthy something like that. So we did our plan really good. it was a nice performance for me. Dirty Water experiment
Aim: To make a filtration plant using household materials.

What is filtration?
Filtration is separating solids from liquids by adding a medium through which only the liquid can pass.
Examples are:
- Teabag
- Coffee plunger/coffee filter
- Swimming pool
- Kidney
Materials
1.Elastic band
2.filter paper
3.Pop bottle bottom
4.Rocks
5.Fine sand
6. Coarse sand
7.Pop bottle top
8.dirty water
9.Cup
10.coffee filter
Process - ( use verbs or doing words in each step )
Step 1
Cut the bottle in half.
Step 2
Put the top half upside down inside the bottle .
STEP 3
Add layers of filter paper then add your sand/pebbles.
STEP 4
Get 1 cup of dirty.
STEP 5
Pour dirty water into the upside down bottle.
Measurements
When we finish the thing that needed to put on the bottle. My group came to Mr. Palmer to get some water. When we pour the water into a bottle the result is, the water is really dirty it turned into a brown colour. Make sure you are sensible when your doing this experiment.

Home Chemistry Experiment
Today we've been doing about science experiment. So I am going to talk about what we did in science experiment.
Mr. Palmer did some experiment about vinegar and baking soda. So he grab 2 cups and put it in the tray and after that he grab a baking soda and a vinegar.
Mr. Palmer pour the baking soda into a cup and after he finish putting the baking soda the next step he did is he pour the vinegar into the cup with a baking soda.
The vinegar and baking soda get mixed up and it make some reaction and it looks like a bubble when it explode.
It was a really nice experiences to see the vinegar and baking soda get mixed up and it explode, I already did that experiment but that was like 2 years ago. i really like the experiment we did for science. So this is what we did for science experiment.

Last Tuesday our class went to auditorium for our drama, the drama teacher split us into 2 groups, so 1 for taha tinana and 1 for taha hinengaro, the teacher put me into taha Tinana first. so we talked about social media and other stuff and Mrs. Tozer give us a piece of paper to put a question after you done it you have to put it in the box and go to taha hinengaro group. So we did games in there it was really fun, i really enjoyed it, it has a lot of running there, i was sweating really hard but i still enjoyed the game. So this is what we did in drama last Tuesday.

Carr Values
This week we've been doing projects about car values. The car values were doing is resilience,
So we're gonna do some fortnite dance and were gonna do skit. So first I'm gonna fell over and gets injured and Jesse is gonna help me, the girls is gonna laugh and then Jesse will stand up t the girls and tells them to stop being mean and were gonna end up doing the fortnite dance.
