DLO Fixed mindset vs Growth mindset

Today were doing Fixed mindset and Growth mindset. I'm gonna explain what does it mean.
(Example) My favourite sport is basketball, i got fixed mindset and growth mindset, sometimes i give up easily because my team was losing, and sometimes I just carry my team to win, i didn't give up for my team.

    I was interested to hear that you sometimes give up if your team is not winning at basketball. How can you change your mindset so that you see it as a challenge and a positive thing?
