Last Tuesday in home economics we baked a cookie and it was successful.
Ingredients:
Butter
eggs
brown/white sugar
vanilla essence
chocolate chip
flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Equipment:
Wooden spoon
spatula
Medium Bowl
Fork
Tray
Knife
Measuring spoon.
The first thing we did is we Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, 175 C.
Cream the butter together, white sugar, brown sugar until it gets smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
I am a student at in Uru MÄnuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.
Hi Gerald. I like the start of this blog - ingredients and method. Was the temperature supposed to be 175 or 180? I suspect the latter. The 2 things missing in this blog are photos taken during the making and the end product and comments on their taste, texture, small and appearance. Try to include these next time.
