• Opening Scene: 
• Music- Sounds like a music box and It's a bit creepy, Starts quiet.

• Perspective- other mother P.O.V- we can see from her, know it's her by the needle hands 

• Use of Close up- Makes the audience focus on the dull, not on the creator.
• Lightning/colour- Dark, green, a bit white, dim, faded, and it's a bit white.- It sets the mood/atmosphere that its old, abandoned, unappealing, and run down.
• Setting-Pink-Palace-real world

• Music-happy, gentle, harmony, chanting, sang by children, lyrics in a made-up language, make a calm happy atmosphere. Changes to increase tension-faster, louder minor.
• Caroline-Sassy, moody, stubborn, always bright colors-blue hair, yellow pocket&boots,
• -main character-makes us focus shows shes different from that in the real world.
• Colour/Lightning-dull, grey boring, Clark, blond, tinted, 

• Makes the real house feel depressing, old, crusty&cold, not a plate caroline wants to be.
• Real parents-dull, workaholics don't have time for Caroline, not happy depressed, tired

• The other world:
• Colour/Lightning -Bright-vibrant, warm, welcoming- makes it feel inviting and safe, Caroline doesn't stand out anymore.
• Other parents-Fun active show Caroline attention, energetic cooked her nice meal,
• they look happy&healhy unlike the real parents. 
• Music- Spooky music, doesn't match what we are seeing, slow to medium place, minor, quiet
