Scratch Reflection

Last week we did scratch, scratch is like you can make a game and you can design anything you want.
So today we also did scratch, I made a bedroom and it looks cool. You can put a person on the bed you can put anything you want. You can change the background, you can turn it to basketball court, football field and baseball field or a city. Scratch is really fun because you can design anything you want and you can make a game by just using scratch.

P.E Hurumanu

Today in our P.E hurumanu we were working on our chosen sport. The sport we choose was called tchoukball, so in our chosen sport we did some warm up and a drill. So for warm up we run around the gym to make our body and muscle ready for the drill that were gonna do for our chosen sport. So in our drill we put a trampoline in a bench and we tried to jump and throw the ball to the trampoline. Throwing the ball to the trampoline is how you get a score in tchoukball, so you have to jump and throw the ball to the trampoline So we did that for our drill and it's really fun. 

Our group was so depress when everyone in our group we're yelling at each other because everyone has a different ideas but when the teacher came to us to fix the problem the team did so well and they really enjoyed being the part of the group.

P.E Hurumanu

On our hurumanu last Monday we did octopus for warm up because were gonna do something really challenging. So we did seats up, vertical jump, flexibility etc. and I did pretty well. Today we did beep test in our P.E and I got 10.1 which is really good for me. It was really fun and challenging. The most difficult thing was when the level got high you have to be more faster, when you got to level 8 or 10 you have to do 12 laps and you have to be faster. I'm glad that I beat the highest level. The highest level was 9.8 and I got 10.1, That's really good for me.

I think I need to improve something on what we did in our P.E hurumanu. I think I need to improve my seats up becuase when I got to 15 I got tired easily so I think I need to improve it. What can I do to improve my seats up? I probably need to do seats up every morning and afternoon to improve my seats up.

Doing this kind of stuff is really good for our body It can help you to get fit and healthy. This really important mostly to those people who eats a lot of cholesterol food, like junk food. Junk food is like an oily food. oily food is not really good for our body because it can cause you an heart attack. If you eat a lot of oily food the oil will go trough your vein and it will block your blood to go to your heart. Our heart needs blood so It can kept on pumping. This is the reason why fitness is really good for our body.

The sounds matches like in the end of the world, Like a huge rock will hit the ocean and it would make a tsunami and it would destroyed the all building in the world even house, and it will kill a lot of people. After that it will rain a huge rock with lava for 5 days and it would burn all the things in the earth and no one will survive even animals,mammals, and insect. The earth will be filled with smoke like no one can see the normal earth, the only thing that you can see is smoke.

P.E Hurumanu

Today we did P.E and we play a game called ki o rahi It was fun and we really enjoyed It.

Rule: So today i'm gonna talk about the game we played and the rules of the game.
So There's a three teams called panda's, dragons, shooting stars, wolves, hornets and our's called lions, so we have to play against all the team.

So there's a drum on the middle and there's a big 2 circle cone. So on the first circle cone the maximum of people that can only go there is 3, so if you tried to jump in the first circle and there's 4 all of you if tried to hit the drum it will not be counted but if you jump in to the first circle and there's only 3 of yous if you scored it will be counted.

So if the other team catch the ball or steal they have to touch one cone if they touch one cone they will drop the ball in the first circle and that's how they scored. I hope you like my blog post about P.E  hurumanu.
